Hey all - I have a 96 Camaro RS, 3.8/5M. I just installed a PCM from a 97 Camaro 3.8 with a tune from PCMForLess. The tune was pretty mild and was mostly to get rid of my EGR valve (because that flex tube cracked, and they are a pain to find and install). The car runs TERRIBLE - literally undrivable, its so bad. Feels like its running on half of the cylinders and has no power at all, and extremely rough. PCMForLess sent me a second computer with the same tune and the car behaved the same way - this leads me to believe the actual PCM's they are sending me aren't bad.

Any ideas why it would run so poorly? Thanks all...

 

Check engine lite lit?

 

With the new computer (and running poorly), no.

With the original computer with the EGR removed, yes.
