Default Power Steering Pulley

I am removing my water pump from my 1994 3.4 liter, and I have been trying to remove the power steering pulley. I have the necessary tool but I can't find a good way to keep the power steering pulley from spinning while I screw in the bolt. Does anyone know any good tricks to keep the pulley from spinning?

Can you not hold the tool in one hand and hold the pulley with the other?

Yea, thats what I was doing, but it got so tight that I can't hold the pulley tight enough to keep it from turning with the bolt.

All I can suggest, is to take your serpentine belt wrap around the pulley and put tension on it. Then continue with the other hand. Or get a second set of hands...

Use a wrench to hold the base of the tool. I just changed mine today and it was pretty straight forward. Borrowed the tool from autozone.
