I'm trying to figure out what is the name of the piece in the back of the Maro where it says Camaro, some camaros have that whole piece painted black or is it a piece I can put on myself? Here is a link of a Camaro with it on, back of the car.

its called a rearend finish panel and you should be able to take it off fairly easily. four plastic nuts on the inside and it should come right off. at least thats what im showing.

 

Its called a Tail Panel. and once the tail lights are removed its 4 nuts.

 

So you guys think it's an easy job?

 

well pull it off and see. under the rear cover on the backside of the trail lights should be plastic nuts holding em in, also some wiring harness plugs to take out. then should be 4 more holding the panel to take off then it should come off. can you paint? im sure a paint shop would do it cheap if you bring em the part.

 

That sounds nuts, I'll prolly ruin my whip. I was thinking of just repainting the whole entire car and paint that part seperate.
