passenger window wont go up

passenger window wont go up
i recently put in new window regulators on both driver and passenger side. the driver side works fine but when i put the passenger side regulator in it only goes down and not up. this is on both switched (driver and pass.) so does anyone have any ideas or mayb a past experience? mayb the motor is bad or mayb a bad wire?
