Okay my friend has on 01 camaro that she recently lost control of and had an accident. Both wheels on the drivers side collided into a curb. After the wreck she replaced her rims but there was a noticeable grinding noise and squeeking noise. I loosened her brake caliper thinking that may be it and the grind went away but not the squeek. The squeek goes away when the brakes are applied though. She took her car into a shop and they are saying that its a bent axel. Does this sound possible? any advice would help thanks.
