I have some suggestions (no offense, everybody has there own style so do what you like)

1. Your air intake is taking in hot engine bay air, it's probably actually worse than the stock setup, extend the tubing and place the filter right behind the headlights or even better down into the little fenderwell cubby...

2. Ditch the Chrome Alterezzas and get some black Alterezzas (same thing but instead of chrome it's gloss black, $60 on ebay)

 

Not bad. I second Bad's advice with the air cleaner. You want cold air and warm fuel, you have warm air and regular fuel. I would go back to the original air cleaner till I got an extention or a CAI kit. Other wise I like it.

I'm with bad on the 2 issues, still a nice lookin ride you have. Wouldn't call it rice though.

Did those rims come without the polished lip?

Nah, you have to look at different light... OH YEAH, at night their really hot... Trust me.
