Default MSD wire set or not on new engine???

I have researched for threads on whether to use MSD wires or not and could not find much. What I got is a rebuilt 3.8 engine that the mechanic is installing. Already the engine has a comp cam along with lifters and springs, polished/ported heads, ceramic Pace headers, using NKG Iridium spark plugs, Centerforce Dual Friction clutch, dual flow master exhaust and KN filter. New stock wires ~ $22.00, Bosch wires set ~ $29.99 comes only 7mm and MSD $62.99 at 8.5mm. Questions are 1) will I be abe to notice the difference? 2) Will it interfere with the codes. I have been asured by machine shop that the cam will not.
However, in the future if I wish to upgrade more compenents in the electrical system to MSD, I got the wiring to do it. Any thoughts, experience or lets just say let the debates begin. Thanks
