Mistery plug in

Default Mistery plug in

When i bought my 1993 3.4 liter camaro there was a cone filter on the stock hose and where the stock air box goes there is a plug in by the whole and the fuse box does anyone know what this is

Sorry buddy gonna need to see what you are talking about. Things it could be: Air pump, ABS, Traction control, unknown mystery object... you get the picture.

id say its the air pump plug. if he took out the stock air box then he most likely took the air pump out too. are you seeing any ses light.

whats the ses light the security light is blinkung idk if that has anything to do with it and its an automatic does it have an air pump

service engine soon light. air pump is for polution control. its an electric pump thats mounted on the frame just below the area you are talking about. pumps air into the exhaust manifolds

the wires are pretty long but tucked under every thing next to the other wires from the abs

do i need the air pump what would happen with out it and mine an automatic are automatics supposed to have them
