Default misfiring 3.8 camaro need help please

i noticed it had a slight miss at idle and hesitation while accelerating. i change the spark plug wires and tried to start it and it had a continuing missfire. i then changed the coil packs and no change occured. i then changed the spark plugs and still no change. the fuel filter was changed 2 weeks ago, the fuel pump is good (its a walbro 255lph) i dont know what to do next. anybody got an idea? thanks all who help

No codes?
I have heard a bad EGR valve will cause hesitation and some missfires.
but it would be throwing a code if it was a bad EGR valve.

102 usually means a bad maf or maf wiring. may get away with cleaning it.

what does the number 6 spark plug look like? look over the wires to the coil and plug again and check for any signs of corosion or failure.

What year is this car? Your handle says 95 but your codes are OBDII which means 96 and newer. Your car can be built around 8/95 or later and it is a 96.

The P0306 code is directly related to Cyl 6 and is not a sensor issue. Also being that the ignition system uses a waste spark and the other cyl that is plugged into that same coil is not missing as well rules out the coil. This leaves the plug, wire, injector, or a problem with the cylinder itself as your issue. As for the P0102 code that is MAS airflow circuit low input. This usually means the sensor has shorted out and is bad. Circuit high input means the sensor has burned up and left the circuit open. Either one means the MAF needs replacing. (if the screen gets too dirty it can cause either fault to occur)

A side note on the Cyl 6 issue. If the plug does not have a crack in the ceramic and the wire all looks good then move the plug to another cyl and see if the code moves. If the code moves with the plug then it is the plug that is bad even if it looks good. I work at an auto part store and I know what happens to plugs when we get them in freight and sometimes it is not pretty.

I hope this helps

my car was made august of 1995 but it is a 1995 chevy camaro. its one of 2% made in 1995 with the 3.8, y87 package, OBD II system, and full options for 95. that another reason i want to built this thing instead of getting a v8. onto fixing my car, i clean the maf with electric cleaner and that fixed that. the PO306 issue is a burnt valve so i know a guy here that owns a perfomance shop and deals in chevy power and hes going to give me a heads and cam package installed for $300. i thank u all for ya'lls help
