Default Major Door Problems?

My driver side window does not seal up right. So I took off my door panel and this is what I found. It looks like the fiberglass interior door got "torn" the holes that hold the window motor are all messed up. Also the window feels kinda loose due to it missing the little fuzzy things that hold the window firm against the door. BUT the place where they go is all messed up also. SOO

1. Can and How do I fix the holes for my window motor

2. Can and How do I fix the the holes for the "fuzzy things"

According to your picture link to MySpace, your name is Garrett?
Your profile is private, which is prolly why we're seeing the dreaded red x.

what yr is the car we are talking about. the inside the doors are glass so if the damge is minumal u may be able to repair using fiberglass and resin. better keep your eyes open for a replacement door.
