the guides on the back keep breaking off and now it just doesnt fit as good as it could so i wanted to know if there is a way i can fix it or how much it will cost for the whole new panel. (its like this on both sides)

 

Try commercial or professional grade velcro. Can be purchased at local Lowes or Home Depot store. Not sure about price on new interior panels but call your local bone yard if you want replacements.

 

I personally would take a trip to some wrecking yards and look around. I've been to local ones many times and have seen nearly perfect leather panels that made me drool. They'll be cheap too, since wrecking yards make their money off of the scrap metal, not plastic and cloth. That just gets burned off when they're melted down.

 

are the door panels all the same in the early 4th gen or do they change depending on the year

 

I believe they are all the same. And I think even Firebird door panels are pretty much the same.
