I have a 1996 Chevy camaro v6 3800 serise. The head gasket is blown with big holes. What would be my best option for getting my car back on the road. Please help me if you know how I can do this.

 

Go to the local salvage yard and pick up a used engine. 3800s are dime a dozen and the FWD engines will work in your car with parts of your old one. Buy it, buy a full gasket set, replace all the gaskets, and head bolts, fill with new oil for a few miles, change oil, and then drive and maintain the vehicle. Not a bad idea to flush and replace the coolant either.
