i used some high temp copper gasket sealer on mine. the lip was not in the right place so it slid off to the side and set at an angle.

What I do to seafoam is put 1/3 of the can in the PCV, 1/3 in the oil, and 1/3 in the gas tank. I let it run for a bit to get the seafoam to sit, let it sit (1 hour minimum, overnight is best), run the car til it stops smoking, and then change the oil.

Welcome to the fun of headers! I had the same problem when I put my headers in. The EGR tube wasn't sitting right. I did use a prybay and slowly moved the header bracket away from the valve cover to give the EGR more room. Take the EGR off and let the car run to normal operating temp so the header is hot and easier to bend. Besides that, there is no other way unless you take the header off and use a machine to bend it.

ok so alot of people have this problem, so could you take the EGR tube off and bend that? and what me and my uncle did was heat it up with an oxy acedaline torch and try to bend the EGR tube, if we heated that one part from the header up, could that be an easier way to bend it (without hitting a coolant tube)

oh and my cars a 1997, when we tried heating it up with an oxy acedaline torch and a pry bar to bend it, but yes we were both worried that it would break.
