Default Headers for 3.4l

I have a 95 3.4L that I'm looking to put headers on this summer. I was wondering if anybody has experience doing this with a 3.4 and how difficult it is. Would I be able to do this myself with relative ease or am I better off going to a shop to get it done? My dad was a mechanic for a long time so he would be helping me with the install but do you guys think its feasable? Thanks.

I put mine on while the motor was in the car, it wasn't too bad. It just takes some time. Also, if you get pacesetter headers don't use the gaskets they give you, they are junk. Go to autozone and buy some oem ones.
