for the past 6 months everyone i know has been telling me that the whining and whatever other kind of noise that my car has been making was due to the clutch/throwout bearing. so i saved up enough money finally to get the job done. the guy takes it apart, and finds out i need a new transmission and slave cylinder. long story short, my car is in much better shape than it was when i bought it last year. it honestly feels like a new car, and that's saying alot for a car with 200,000 miles.
anyway, i have to have it taken apart again because of the speed sensor. something didn't match up, and i thought i could just deal with the speedometer not working, but it causes my car to die out when i press the clutch to gear down, if i don't give it any gas. it did this before and i had it fixed, i was just wondering why it does this.
