sorry im new and this was most likely posted already but....

i might be getting a v6 camaro soon as a DD since my truck is killing me on gas. Anyway i was reading around the stickies and did some searching and found out a stock z28 exhaust will fit with some modification. Think if i took it to a local shop they could do the modification for me? The one shop I called said it will not fit even with modification. How is that possible? I think the guy was just a ***.

 

im sure with mods u could make any exhaust fit. better off with a exhaust that is tuned to the motor and made for your car. it will still sound like a 6 with lt1 exhaust. i have read that a x pipe will make the 6 sound much better.
