Has anyone ever dealt with this website before?

They are terrible with responses to questions. Instead check this out:
http://www.speedinc.com/catagory.cfm?catagory=Lighting

They have a kit with the conversion -- really all you need is the conversion housing, then order your HIDs from DDM Tuning -- that's what Speed Inc. is selling, even though they won't tell you beforehand.

Slim is what I have on both , low beams only so far, and is the newer technology (digital) and smaller. But either are ok. Note you may need to reverse your factory plug to the ballast, as mine has reverse polarity, and would not light until I did.

I got 55watt & 5K bulbs - nice and white, and more light output compared too the blueish ones.

There's another place mentioned on LS1Tech for those conversion housings, which I read were better -- forgot the name, though...

^ normally the plug snaps and locks with that tab, when you reverse polarity it won't snap and lock on anything, so if you are concerned about it, just get a thin tie-wrap around them.

See:
https://www.ddmtuning.com/support/in...cleid=26&nav=0

" Reverse Polarity

If you install your HID kit and they do not turn on you may have reverse polarity. What this means is the power and ground wires are your vehicles stock harness are reversed. What you will have to do is plug the harness connector into the ballast backwards. You will be plugging in the connector from your car into the kit backwards. This will not harm the vehicle or the kit.

Note: Reverse Polarity is an issue with the cars wiring not the HID kit. Some cars come from the factory wired in an orientation that is reversed when compared to the HID kit. When using stock halogen bulbs, polarity has no effect, therefore, some manufactures will have the power and ground wires opposite of the HID kit. Some manufactures will have reverse polarity more then others. A lot of GM models have reverse polarity."
