i blew out my engine and as we speak the engine is being removed. this is where i need major help...

my mechanic is going to swap it out FOR FREE but he is going to give me a 350 v8...the car originally had a 3.4 v6.

will this fit? please tell me it will! what adjustments have to be made? PLEASE HELP ME BECAUSE THIS IS GOING TO BE DONE OVERNIGHT....RIGHT NOW...AS I TYPE THIS....THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP

 

I understand your situation, but, you failed to mention anything about your car. Besides, as you're reading this you're probably finding the answer to your question. good luck.

 

The 350 will fit, that is the easy part. Making it work with the rest of the car will take some serious work. I hope you mechanic knows what he is getting into.

 

thanks for the replies but when i didnt get an answer right away i told him to stop and shelled out $1800.00 for a another 3.4 SFI.
