Done-and-Done: Headers are on
I've finally got the Pacesetter headers on my 2001 V6 Camaro, and so far...I love them. The sound is awesome, they look cool underneath the hood and the car overall feels much more responsive/throatier.
Here's a breakdown of the costs
Total cost: $824
Labor was a tad bit pricey but a lot cheaper compared to other places I was quoted at. I woudl have done the whole install myself but I don't have access to a welder, lift, or the time to do this with my busy work schedule. The tricky part was trying to get a few of the 90-degree sparkplug wires on the passenger's side of the engine bay, to not touch the headers.
Here are a few photos of the headers installed on my car.

I'm glad I went with the ceramic coated headers, they look pretty good
And here's a video of car running with the headers on.

Overall I think it was worth it, especially as a treat to myself for being in my current job for a year now. I just have to figure out how to tune the car so the check-engine light (for the missing EGR) goes off, as in Wisconsin we have stupid emissions testing. If anyone has any questions, leave a comment and I'll do my best to answer!
Here's a breakdown of the costs
- Pacesetter Ceramic Coated Headers= $365
- Labor to install them, replace all O2 sensors with new ones, remove and weld plugs covers over the EGR holes= $390.50
- 90 Degree MSD Spark PLug Wires = $69
Total cost: $824

cool, did you run it with the old 02s a bit before changing? when new headers are heated up the first few times they can burn off the coating on the inside which can ruin your 02 sensors. its a good idea to leave your old ones in until after driving the car a few times.
Agree with craby, my stockers lasted about a month before they went out and had to be replaced.
An for the egr, just turn off the code in hptuners, can't remember right now, what ever the one for pinout is, will clear the ses light.

Sounds fine at idle, but you need to rev it so we can hear the RPM range. Next step, replace the cat-back -- Borla Adjustable FTW!
So Pacesetters have no EGR fittings?
