Default Cranking issue...

My Camaro cranks up normally when the engine is warm, but in the morning or after my engine cools down, it takes a couple turns of the key to turn it on. It will crank normally but not turn over until I let off the ignition and turn it over a second time. Any suggestions?

Yeah, I have checked and switched a battery, checked the battery and starter cables, checked my starter, also the coil packs and sparkplugs, I have also changed the oil pressure switch, and my fuel pump works (tried switching the key off and on a few times to check pump and still no fire).

Check your fuel pressure and vacuum lines for leaks as well.
