OK these 5 word answers are not helping us help you. Tell us when and how the car does not run right. I can think of several things that will cause an engine to run rough, and all or none may apply here. Has the car always ran like this? When did it start? what did you do to it right before it started? What has been done to the car already? What are the driving conditions when the car runs rough? Stuff like this is what is going to get you an answer that will help you. Things like "my car runs ruff what is wrong?" will not help. Oh and the spelling errors are all good but be prepaired for some one to poke a little fun at you.

When did you last Do a tune up? Could be time for new spark plugs coil pack Pcv valve and fuel filter. Also where is the exhaust leak located?

Exhaust leaks can throw off the readings for the O2 sensors and that will cause a rich settings. If things are too rich then yes the engine will run rough, especially at idle. If it is bad enough it will also not want to accelerate very well from a dead stop but should run pretty good once you get it up to 40 or so. How is your EGR? is the leak there? If it is after the EGR valve then you have a vacuum leak in the intake and that will cause an exhaust leak (through the valve) and rough running conditions. Check everything over really good and fix what you know is bad so you are not chasing deamons that you already know of.

That is the exact place that will throw off the o2 sensors. get that fixed first. It prolly would not hurt to run a high quality injector cleaner through either. I recomend the Lucas fuel System cleaner. Get the big bottle (36 oz) it is cheaper in the long run.

Smell coolant under the hood? Oil level high? White smoke coming from the tailpipe? If so could be head gasket.
