Camshaft Position Sensor
 

ok so i got my car scanned again
and this time it is the camshaft position sensor
can this sensor cause high idle and misfire?
and where is it located

i checked that site and then on my car and it wasnt in that spot
if anyone out there knows where the cam position sensor is on a 3.4please help me

Might I suggest investing in a Hayne's or Chilton's manual? Only $20 and full of repair info.

i got haynes it doesnt say anything about this sensor
but i found it
it was nowhere near the picture autozone had it was in the fron
after i changed it it is still misfiring

It is in the front... Even on the autozone page.
