Oh yeah, big sound, pretty good performance increase.
I'll pull a vid from youtube for you.
If you get headers/tune/bigger cam, you might see close to 100 hp.

EDIT: ^^ Contains obvious supporting cam mods
100 hp is a little overzealous. even the ls1's have to go with a fairly large cam to see 100hp gains.
this is from that link you posted.
How much power will I gain?

Each car is individual as the owner. Some cars are a bit quicker than others in stock form, some have issues that are unknown that will effect the performance. Some people have gained 10 HP from the cam swap, others have gained almost 100 with a good set of heads and a decent tune. At the track some have seen a gain of a few tenths, others a full second. The key to the camshaft is to have complimenting modifications. You cant just slap a cam in and be a new beast, the cam will make more power with the more you add to the car to help it do its job.

a cam swap is a really good power mod for any pushrod vehicle. make sure you do not overcam. if your cam is meant for higher flow applications than your heads allow your car will fall flat on its face in the upper rpm. you wont have any torque due to the powerband shifting higher, and you wont flow enough at high rpm to make power [:@]

check around some other sites and see what gains people have seen wtih different cams

port and polish is a good idea. You could go to a wrecking yard, pull a set of heads, have them port and poolished, and keep driving your car while you have some heads put together. When you make the swap, take you old heads back to the wrecking yard and get your core charge refunded. But from what I hear, it's best to use the heads off a 98 and up, ans the 97 and under heads cracked alot. I read this on the intense racing site. Bori, could you tell me about those rims? I've been wondering about them ever since you joined. I'd like a set just like them.

You have to do ebay if your looking for rims. If i bought the rims alone here, they wouldve been about 1500. You can get rims alone on ebay for like 400.

I'll keep that in mind. I would get the rims alone and invest in really good high mileage tires. Sorry, got a little off topic there.
