The OEM wheels will, with a little machining. The "little" difference is that the bolt circle on the 4th gen is a 4.75", or 120.65mm. The new GTO is a straight metric 120mm - but that only means each hole is off 0.325mm each, which isn't much (but might be enough to cause a wobble if not torqued properly).
The "bigger" problem is the bore center - the GTO is 69.5mm, while the 4g Camaro has a 70.5mm one (IIRC), so a GTO wheel will be "tight" on the bore, without machining it to fit. (A 17" 4G F-body wheel does fit on the GTO, though)
