Default cruise control

Ok I received the schematic and I appreciate it. I talked to my mechanic and he told me that it probably has nothing to do with the ac compressor but the actual cruise control itself. I noticed a couple of times when using cruise control that it would disengage and I had to reengage it again. Finally the fuse popped and my cruise control went out. Would there be a reason y the cruise control would pop this fuse? I've had the car for over 10 years now and havent replaced the cruise control arm, but could this be the problem? Let me know when you can. Thanks again.

Fuses blow because of overload. The problem could be due to a bad component or to a damaged wire touching ground or another wire.

well i found out what was blowing mine. There has to be some bare wire in my ignition area somewhere because everytime i tilt my wheel all the way down it shorts the fuse out. Does anything know how to take apart the ignition area so i can peek around for that wire?
