RE: Brake switch????
The switch is used to disconnect the torque converter clutch whenever you step on the brake pedal. If your car came with an automatic with a torque converter clutch, the switch should already be there.

RE: Brake switch????
You need to add the switch or burn out the torque converter clutch. You can probably find one at a salvage yard. What transmission are you using? Some transmissions do not have a torque converter clutch.

RE: Brake switch????
The whole thing should work. The TCC, Torque Converter Clutch is controlled by the computer, but the computer needs to know when the brakes are applied. In the Camaro the brake lite switch and TCC switch are combined in one unit, but are electrically separated.
