Brake ABS problem

I have a 2000 v6 camaro. A couple time a day the brake traction lights come on ans the pedal wiggles. Always at the end of a stop. I had a friend hook up a computer no codes and all the senors read the same. I was not able to get the car to have the problem with computer connected. It has had this problem for 6 months and is driving me crazy. Any ideas on how to track down problem?

The ABS is acting because it is detecting wheels rotating at different speeds while braking. Do you have the same size tires all the way around, and are they the same type, and have equal wear? Uneven braking such as caused by worn or defective brake parts ( warped rotors, stuck calipers, worn or unmatched pads) will cause wheels to rotate at different speeds or lock up and activate the ABS. In these cases the ABS scanner will show no problems because the ABS system is working properly.

My tires are the same and I have a new rotor and hub on the passenger side. The problem was happening before the parts change. When a friend hooked up the scanner we drove around and he said all sensors are reading the same, but while connected brakes did not act up.

Weird. My ABS wouldn't work at all, and the light would come one sometimes. Turns out the relay in the engine compartment was bad. Had all sorts of corrosion going. Are you able to keep the scan tool on your for a while so you can get a snap shot of it when it does act up?

I no longer have access to the better scan tool to read the "live" readings. Is there a relay in the 2000's?
