Any trick to get the low oil light off?
Ive been annoyed by this little light for some time now. When you first start the car it comes on and stays on.When you start it again its off.My oil pressure is excellent and it isnt low.Does anyone know a location for this sensor or a way to bypass it?If so let me know[:@]

are you talking about the change oil light? mine doesnt have one, but i believe all you do on your year to get it off is hold the button down for 30 seconds or so and it goes off. it should just go on every so many miles so you know to change your oil.

Ditto, i got it too, if I turn the key to the on position slowly about 3 or 4 times it goes out...then i start it.
I'm sure it means nothing, but annoying to see a light on that warns you of low oil.

Low oil lite is supposed to come on when the oil level is low, has nothing to do with oil pressure. The sensor is mounted on the side of the oil pan. If the dipstick shows the proper level, then the sensor or its wiring is bad and should be fixed.
