Default Air intake for 3.8 --> V8 parts?

I was thinking to install a stock 305 air box and lid since i have trouble finding parts for the 3.8. Will it fit with slight modifications? What about stock 305 injectors and throttle body? Those are relatively cheap parts and I'm guessing theyd give me a decent hp gain. What do you all think?

305 Air box out of what? Why would a stock 305 air box be better then a 3.8? The 3.8 throttle body is nothing like any of the V-8 it would require a ton of modding and I have no clue what 305 injectors you are talking about? do you mean off the old 305 TPI system?

THe throttle body and the injectors in the 3.8 are fine up to 250 HP some say as high as 280. Unless you have built a 3.8 with more the 250HP upgrading those parts will get you zero HP.

i thought since its from a v8 it would have a better air flow? I guess ill just add a ram air and maybe larger rockers. I am having trouble finding upgrades for the 3.8. Is there a place that specializes in 3.8 parts or are they just scattered all over the web?

Also, what is the stock ratio for the rocker arms in the 3.8? 1.6 I believe? Would putting in 1.7's be beneficial?

Putting bigger injectors on your car does not gain you any horsepower!

Ok now I understand you think they put a 305 in a 4 gen. They did not. If you want to talk CAI step one is to tell us what year you have. Maybe use the search. It has been covered like 5000 times. If you pick on the link at the bottom of my sig towards the end of the thread I install a ebay CAI. If you going to build up your motor some and try to go over the 240HP range and run deep into the 5K RPM area you want a better CAI.
