I just purchased a 1998 Chevy Camaro. I got it from some old lady who couldnt get in or out of it,cause its so low 2 the ground. Its not the Z28 its a 3.4L,205hp,V6 engine. I would like 2 get an exhast but somthing would still feel like its missing. I want 2 make it more than just a V6,speed wise. Any ideas??

Again how much can you spend on it? Headers ($300-400), catback($400-500), and intake($200-300) are all safe bets to start with. These prices are for good name brand parts such as Pacesetter, Magnaflow, and K&N but not including installation. I would also look into an aluminum driveshaft, especially if yours is the 2-piece steel, but it will still help if you have the 1-piece steel. These can be found used on eBay and other places for around $100.
{edit} sorry, just saw that you said around $3k

If you want faster and louder, SELL IT and buy a z-28 6 speed with a Flow Master. You will look me up and thank me.
(Z-28's are still fairly cheap, a beautiful low mileage, under 100K, can be found all day long for well under 10K)
