95 T Top 3.4 Camaro Missing Bad

Have this 95 3.4 Camaro. Used to run rich and flood itself out. Fixed that with a fuel pressure regulator. Then it didnt want to start back up for a few hours after you shut it off, and to get it to start in the first place you had to prime and hold the brake for it to fire. We changed the chip in the computer today and now it starts every time no problem and no brake trick. But now its missing and stumbling upon itself and smoking bad. you have to stay on the throttle to keep it running. I am stumped because it ran fine once we changed the computer and after shutting it off and starting it back up a few times it ran worse and worse.

Does anyone have any opinions? Tomorrow im going to throw a new icm at it and a new throttle position sensor even though i replaced it over the summer. The map sensor and plugs are also getting changed tomorrow we just changed wires over the fall so leaving them. This car is one nightmare after another so any help will be appreciated

when the computer is first installed its running on a set memory. after it gets info from the sensors it adjusts. i would look for a sensor giving bad info. temp sensor, maf, map, 02 sensors. if you unhook the battery for a couple minutes it will clear the computer. if you unhook both battery cables and hold the cable ends together for a minute or two it will clear all memories in sensors and other computers in your system. if you have capacitors unhook them before doing this.
