When you say fuel pressure was good what was the psi reading? How did you check for spark?

could it possibly be the starter or battery. any ignition fuses. half the time a problem with a car is something stupid, so always check the obvious first. then when they check out, move on to the more in depth things. also check your throttle cable. if that popped off, the car isnt going to start. otherwise it might be the MAF sensor, fuel pump, icm. there are a number of reasons for a car not starting.
im guessing since it seemed like it wanted to start with the spray, it will still crank, just not actually run?
my guess as well is if it tried with the spray, a problem with the fuel would seem to be it. the psi in the line might be correct, but is it stagnant pressure?
(i hope i wasnt confusing, i have a problem wording things the right way as Ive been told numerous times) Just trying to help. Hope I brought up something for you.

basically im just going on the question itself. if you add some details about exactly all that you have checked so far, what exactly it is doing under each condition, whats been replaced on the car before, any bit of information you can give; we can probably come up with a better answer for you.

pick up a gm noid light at the local parts store and check to see if the computer is firing the injectors.
