idk about 3.4's, but on the 3.8's, full bolt ons wont even get you to 200rwhp...then the cam swaps normally bump you up 20-30 rwhp.
So that's 220hp on a 3.8, that comes w/ 40hp more than the 3.4

I'm going to have to study the wiring schematics for a 95 3.4L and aa 95 3.8L F-body to draw a conclusion--on a day where I don't get home from work 2 hours late, of course--but it might not be much more than swapping in a 3.8L and the engine harness and apair ofextra O2 sensors and such.
The 3.4L isOBD 1.5--OBD1 with OBD2 connector--and already has an electronically controlled tranny, electronic VSS, and a bunch of other similar pieces. The tranny bolt pattern is the same outside of maybe one bolt between both v6s. No biggie.
One thing I'll have to see for sure is if the OBD2 car BCM and VATS is a must for the swap. I know VATS can be programmed out, but I don't know about the chassis computer, since I've never owned a vehicle with one of those. Ooopsie.
Personally, I wouldn't touch a 3.8l since it's nearly as hard to work on as an LT1/LS1, but whatever floats the boat.
