'95 was the first year for the 3800 in Camaros -- so it might not be too different, since 93-95 are the same general model style. I think you need a new PCM. Try doing a search...

Need a PCM, the 3.4 had different fans than the 3.8 (I believe a different radiator, but not sure), exhaust, wiring harness to go with the PCM (you will have more O2 sensors with the 3.8), I would grab a gauge cluster from a '96 3.8, you are going from an OBD-I system to an OBD-II system, so you will need that plug, intake, and that's all I can think of right now. Good luck...

I hope you understand what you are getting into. You will need the K frame from the 3.8 car and the trans. As stated above the complete wiring harness, the COMPLETE wiring harness, All the way into the dash/gages/ OBD2 connector itself since its two different computer system nothing or very little will swap. This conversion will be more work then a LT1 conversion into your car. All that work for 35 more HP? Really?

well, its not the horsepower to me. yeah its nice and the v6 works great with me b/c im a daily driver and i dont need a v8 emptying my pockets. the v6 i have now has a lifter tick and a blown gasket, and im getting a good deal on this so i figured y not? and yes i am getting the whole wiring harness and the dash with it.

If you get everything, it can be done. Though I would argue that it wouldn't be worth it if it's your DD. I would just rebuild what you have, much less work to do, no tuning problems, etc. The 3.4's are good little motors, and never stop impressing me with what you can do with them.

If you are going to do it replace the intake and head gaskets while the motor is out. These are common issues and just about the only weak spot in the 3.8.
