93 5speed 3.4l shifts hard and under car grinding

I got a question, I have a 93 camaro 5 speed 3.4l....Every time I put it in gear in any gear something under the clutch/arm rest kicks hard! and I can hear some loud noises from under the car, But the noises stops when I put it in neutral or put my feet on the brakes. What do you think it is?

First best guess would be a possible torn trans mount. Try to lightly jack up the back end of the trans and see if the rubber mount looks like it wants to part ways.

I thought it was gonna be the photo. But, the part I'm going to need, Is it the Anchor Mount Engine Transmission?

unusual for busted trans mount to shift/bang in forward. usually its reverse that causes the comotion. if it is the trans mount it would be this 1993 CHEVROLET CAMARO 3.4L V6 Transmission Mount | RockAuto

Someone told me that the bolts might be loose?

Really? When the mount tore on my 4th gen, the upward force of the torque arm lifted the tail end of the trans (as it's designed to do) and made it bang on the tunnel if I got on the gas pedal too hard. And yes, I normally drove it on the road going forward! lol

What's the name of the part that I have to buy?

Transmission mount. But first check it like I described earlier to make sure it is in fact bad. In looking at this aftermarket one, it has an interlock...that piece of steel on the stud of part A that wraps under the tab of part B. That would help prevent separation anxiety if it rips. But without seeing, I don't know if your existing mount is like that too.
