3.8 vibration/shaking

Default 3.8 vibration/shaking

got a vibration/shaking in park and drive but it goes away when engine is revved...runs good other wise..not motor mounts..130,000 miles...bad h balancer?

sounds like you have a cylinder thats not firing. check your plug wires for damage, if you have access to a spark checker see if your getting good spark to all plugs. you may have a cracked plug so if you have not changed plugs in some time maybe now would be a good time. could be a weak coil so test them as well.

get the car scanned for codes if it is a missfire the code will tell you what cylinder

i havent bought the car yet..having my mechanic check it out..i forgot to bring my scanner with me when i went and looked at it...other wise its really clean...really want it but dont want a money pit hopefully it just needs what u guys say...
