Cat-Back
Cat-Back systems are basically the entire exhaust system after the catalytic converter. Mandrel bent pipes flow better than stock pipes, and a high flow muffler replaces the restrictive stock muffler. Thus improving performance and sound.

i jus ordered a flowmaster super 44 its for a 3800v6 will that help with power any or jus sound more than likely

If it is just the muffler, then it is more for sound. You might get a little more power, but probably not a noticeable amount.
