3.4l to carb v8 swap
i have a 94 3.4l camaro and want to swap in a carb v8 I know that I have to change the fuel system and some other things around but I need to know if I can bolt the small block up to the v6 manual tranny, and if the motor mounts on the v8 will line up to the mounts on the frame. also what will I have to do to the rear.

That better be one built up v8 (a la Ramjet 350) to make that swap worthy. A carb engine with a dizzy in the back will be a difficult swap.
Otherwise, just find an LT1 pullout drivetrain off Ebay, plug it in, bolt it down, and drive off.
Rear axle doesn't need to be changed. The v8 version has the same guts, but with discs. If this is not a drag racer car, it's nothing to sweat over.

It's still the same guts, with or without the limited slip component in the pumpkin.
