Post 3.4 v6 no start

I have a 95 3.4 v6 I've been working on for awhile. Longer than I'd like to anyway. I can't get it to start. It will turn over and it's getting spark cuz it will fire up briefly with starting fluid. If I take the fuel pump relay out I get power and the relay is good. Pump runs if I jumper the relay. I stopped by the local Chevy dealership and they said my PCM has a bad internal ground. Any of this make sense to anyone???

This probably isnt the best place to start this thread. Would be better in the 3.4l v6 tech area. Have you tried jumping the relay so the pump will kick on then try getting it running while the replay is jumpered ? Have you tried swapping the relay with another known good one just to double check yourself ? Do you have any codes ? Check your fuel rail to make sure vacuum lines are hooked up and check your injectors to with a timing light or noid light set if you have access to it/them. Good luck.

Just throwing this out there but you could have a bad ICM.

Just because the pump works and the pressure is good, it does not mean that the injectors are being fired. Check the injector fuses. And yes, the PCM needs a good ground as it uses ground pulses to fire the injectors.

I've tried 3 different relays, 2 were brand new. Also tried starting it while the relay was jumpered. Nothing. I bypassed the vats with a module off eBay. It's not priming the fuel system with key on but I've checked the relay plug and I get 12+ and ground and I'm getting a little bit of voltage when I turn the key. Where is the icm?

You can take it to a place like Autozone but make sure they get it nice and hot (run the test multiple time) go to this site and test the module with it still being on the car.....

Part 1 -Ignition Module & Crank Sensor Test: GM 3.1L, 3.4L.
