As did I. He actually used my thread for part of his research. He's trying to take credit for MY footwork

You'll probably want 3500 heads. 3400 heads will give you much higher compression, so your car won't run right on anything less than race gas iirc. The compression you get with 3500 heads will still keep you in the pump gas territory. Also, compression from 3500 heads will allow you to keep your stock bottom end. Otherwise you're going to need different con rods and pistons (3400 I think). Lower intake manifold can come from a 3400 or 3500 I believe, but you will have to cut a little bit of a notch in the housing to clear the timing cover. A 3500 upper intake manifold will NOT work. It won't fit under the cowl of your car. You will need a 3400 intake manifold, and even then you will have to grind the numbers off of it in order to make it fit. (idk how you remedy the throttle body situation, I never got that far). 3100 pushrods will do the trick. You will also need a new cam and one heck of a tune.

:catchesbreath:

The guys on fullthrottlev6.com answer these questions every day, and they know much more about the project than I do. It would be well worth your time to do some digging over there.
