Someone will move it to the 4th gen section, step one fuel pressure test. Test two test for spark.

Being it idled crappy right after you did the work, you need to trace your steps.
Are you sure you got the gasket surfaces perfectly clean? If a chunk of old gasket was left behind, it can give you a gasket leak.
What kind of injector did you put in? If you're only changing one, you want to stick with an OEM brand, or you could end up with
uneven flow rate issues between cylinders (been there, did that...oops you learn).

What was wrong with the old injector? Swapping the old one back in will help to determine whether or not the new injector is the culprit. I fought this issue once, with a clogged injector, and a couple tanks with Lucas injector cleaner did absolutely squat btw. So I replaced it with an aftermarket injector, and the engine ran even worse. So I soaked the old one in carb cleaner for a while, gave it some periodic swishes, and it ran like a charm.

If the car has fuel, air, spark and compression it will normally do something, Backfire try to catch something. How do you know it is getting fuel and spark?

On a side note, the car does not sound right when it is cranking. Kind like only 2 or 3 cylinders have compression. Maybe its just a video thing?

It would appear that you may be sucking coolant into the combustion chamber.
A faulty gasket or install is what comes to mind.
