1.8 aluminum roller rocker arms
 

I tried searching and didn't find anyone using this configuration...

I was under the impression that 1.8 rockers could be installed without any modification to a stock valvetrain (stock springs, pushrods, cam). Is this true? Has anyone done it? What kind of gains could I expect from this?

Is it true the stock rockers are also rollers? Does it make much of a difference to get aluminum (SLP) versus steel (Yella-Terra) roller rockers?

YES, I know a cam will yield more power, but thats out of my price range at the moment.

Yes the stock ones are Rollers, based on what I have read on Yella-Terra site you will need pushrods and rockers but not valve springs until you hit 1.9
