Prothane trans bushing anyone?
Anyone running a prothane poly Trans mount with the stock motor mounts??
My trans mount was torn up pretty bad so I replaced it with a poly..some people say to also run poly motor mounts..
Just wondering if anyone can offer any insight

if yours are worn and need replacing then change em. dont need to have em. are u feeling the change. i tried the poly trany mount and it transfered vibrations bad so i changed to a stock one.
I run an Energy Suspensions trans mount (as well as the secondary cross member mount), in conjunction with the factory rubber motor mounts. No problems on my end. Every single bushing on my car is either Prothane or Energy Suspension, EXCEPT the engine mounts. I've driven cars with solid and poly motor mounts and I hated the amount of vibration I felt in the wheel and floor boards.
I put on a urethane trans mount, with stock rubber motor mounts, in my old 96 Z28 and had no issues. It did transfer vibrations a little, but it didn't bother me at all.
