Default Rear spring lower isolator?

So I’ve installed BMR lowering springs on my 98 base model and I’m getting some rattling noise from the rear when going over bumps in the road. My mechanic tells me this is because I have no lower spring isolators and there is not as much pressure on the lowering springs as there was on the stock springs therefore they are shifting around. The only isolators I found are from Rickscamaros and the look pretty thick. I don’t want something that will raise the rear end. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

there are no lower spring isolators. only upper, go between the spring and the body.

rattle may be exhaust, not happy with the different position of the rear diff. better get under there and push some stuff around and see if you can make it rattle.
