Default Air bags or spacers?

So i recently bought a 1996 z28, i instantly fell in love with it the first time i drove it. But i didnt realize untill after i bought it that the seller screwed me over in a few ways; but the first way is that the rear air bag suspension didnt hold air for more than a hour or so. Now i have to decide wether or not to replace the back air bags or just put in spacers to raise up the rear end. The whole reason i want to raise the rear end is because the subframe connector and pipes comingoff the y pipe sit so low that they drag when i hit bumps. So what do you all think i should do ? Air bags or spacers ?

do you want it low i guess would be the first question. sounds like it has aftermarket lowering springs on it. if you want stock level pick up some stock springs for it and do away with the bag. if you want the adjustability of the bags then pick up another set. post a picture or two so we can see.
