Default Transmission

Are the transmissions for a 95 camaro 3.4l v6 interchangable with the transmissions for a 99 monte carlo z34 with the 3.8l v6?

Thanks I wasn't sure. Any ideas on what kind of cars would have possible donor trans for a monte of that year, I know its not a camaro. And what would be neccessary to put the 3.8 engine into the camaro? I know other 95s and up had it. Thank you for the help btw!

Used is the word that bothers me. Has it been rebuilt?

i use used parts all the time at work, and rarely have issues. make sure you get a trans out of a wrecked car (odds are the cars in the junkyard because its totaled, not because of engine or trans issues) and make sure you get a warranty (here i get 30 days, better than nothing)
