A lot of PA counties don't require emissions. I live in York county where we do have emissions, but I graduate school in March and plan on moving to Adams county where there is no emissions. It depends on where you live. The less populated the area, the more likely there is no emissions law.

As long as you have a "friendly" state inspector who isn't doing a visual inspection to see if you have a cat.
I think mine is coming off since I know friendly state inspectors, lol.

I have one hell of a friendly state inspector...Case. But emissions is a separate license and he doesn't have that since he doesn't need it where he lives. Case can't pass me emissions-wise if I stayed here and removed the cat. I won't need to worry about it though once I move. I got the Bomber passed even though it shouldn't have, but I ended up doing what I needed to for it so the guy wouldn't get in trouble at all.

theres two reasons i made the shop i work at get me my inspection lisence. so that mine and those close to me will always have a car thats street legal

its not that hard to get an emissions license i had it when i worked at wright brothers lincoln mercury but after i quit there i let it go cause u have to get it renewed evry two years in a refresher course and i dont work at a garage anymore so i let it go still got current inspection license though

they have a dyno thats mobile i dynoed my 07 cummins on it at a car show i should of kept that truck 475hp 833tq with just a programmer

it has the huge "BUY EXHASUT HERE" reflective sign. i plan on having them do my exhaust and weld in my subframe connectors when the time is right
