How the hell do you get the stock shift knob off? I have spent at least an hour attempting to and have found nothing. OH, and very nice progress on the ride. I really hope it doesn't just blow up like you said though haha.

Jank, if its a normal shift knob you should just have to twist it off counter clockwise.

tried that. It just twists and twists and twists...forever and ever...haha

It's stripped. Try pulling hard upward while twisting.
