I really disliked the stock automatic shifter **** and exposed handle so I took a ride out to the wrecking yard..

I pulled the shifter handle from a Grand AM, the boot came from a Cadillac with floor shift and the shifter indicator panel from an S-10 Blazer with floor shift.

so it took me a little time to make it work the way I wanted but I think it came out pretty good, much better than the stock one.

works perfect..

 

I like that idea! I might have to try and rig that up soon!
