Does anyone know what panel that is? (The one I outlined in red). I just recently bought a 2000 camaro and that panel is missing and im trying to find a replacement.

Since aftermarket support for these 4th gen cars isn't very good yet and at Chevy dealers most parts are obsolete and no longer available your best bet is a you-pull-it wrecking yard or someone parting out a car on craigslist or ebay or marketplace on facebook.
I don't know the name of that part sorry.

I believe that is a cup holder. Be aware the color of the part was different depending on the model year of the car. The 2000 -2002 model years would have all been the same color. That being said, Y2Keglide probably right, the part will not be available from a dealer. If your's is missing, you should check to see if other parts also gone.

Its a junk yard solution. But even that's getting hard. Junkyards are disappearing.
